Mrs. Tay Siang Wan nee Lee Leng Yan Neo passed away at the age of 65 on 31 December 1928 at her residence No. 221 Tanjong Katong Road. She leaves behind 4 sons, Messrs. Tay Soo Chye, Tay Soo Kiat, Tay Soo Hock, Tay Soo Teck, 4 sons-in-law, Tan Tian Hoe, Wee Chin Siang, Low Pow Lim and Khoo Seong Seng, 4 daughters, 4 daughters-in-law, 6 grandsons and 11 grand daughters.

Tay Soo Chye is the Managing Director of Messrs. Interport Company, Limited. He passed away at his residence, No. 221 Tanjong Katong Road at the age of 46 on 19 August 1930. He leaves behind a widow, 1 son, 5 daughters, 3 brothers (Messrs. Tay Soo Kiat, Tay Soo Hock and Tay Soo Teck) and 4 sisters. Tay Soo Chye is buried in Bukit Brown
