Mrs. Lim Koh Seng nee Chia Swee Peck Neo passed away at the age of 79 at her residence, 115 Koon Seng Road on 22 August 1935. She leaves behind 6 sons; Lim Siew Hock (Universal Cars), Lim Siew San and Lim Siew Long ( Government Treasury), Lim Teng Chew (K.L), Lim Siew Teng (Paskoe & Co.) and Lim Siew Teck (Federal Treasury), 7 daughters-in-law, 2 daughters, 3 sons-in-law, Goh Seck Tim, Wee Mah Teng and Seet Poh Geok, 44 grandchildren, 4 grand sons-in-law, Lee Sam Hye, Liew Seng Chong (K.L), Lim Huay Hoon and Chan Kok Choo and 2 great grandchildren.

Lim Siew San (late Government Treasury pensioner) passed away at the age of 78 at his residence, No 463-X Lorong Low Koon, off Upper Serangoon Road on 10 March 1961 leaving behind his wife Madam Tan Seck Neo, 5 sons, Lim Yew Wee, Lim Yew Boon, Lim Yew Liang, Lim Yew Choon, Lim Yew Leng and 1 daughter, Baby Lim, 3 daughters-in-law and  1 son-in-law, Chua Chwee Guam 14 grandchildren.

Lim Siew Long passed away on 14 June 1955

Son: Lim Siew Teng 

Lim Siew Teng married Chua Chwee Neo in 1910. Madam Chua Chwee Neo is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Chua Choo Seng. 

Madam Chua Chwee Neo passed away at the age of 42 on 2 September 1936 at her residence 341 Joo Chiat Road. She leaves behind her husband (Lim Siew Teng of Messrs. Paskoe and Co.), 2 sons and 3 daughters. 

Lim Siew Teng went on to remarry again two times. From this line, he had a total of 8 sons and 8 daughters. 

Lim Siew Teng and Chua Chwee Neo 

Daughter: Lim Chye Wee / Lim Chai Wee / Mrs. Goh Seck Tim

Mrs Goh Seck Tim nee Lim Chai Wee passed away on 25 October 1972 at the age of 88. Madam Lim Chai Wee is the daughter of Mr and Mrs Lim Koh Seng.
