On 15th April 1925, Miss Yeo Besar Neo (eldest daughter of Mr. Yeo Peck Cheong) got engaged to Mr. Lim Tian Swee of the Eastern Extension Telegraph Company (sixth son of Mr. Lim Quee Lim ) . The marriage took place on the 28th April 1925 at 49 Club Street. Mrs. Lim Tian Swee nee Madam Yeoh Besar Neo passed away at the age of 27 at her residence, No 28-D, Joo Chiat Place on 9th December 1931. She leaves behind her husband and 5 children. From her tomb in Bukit Brown, listed are the names of her children;

I believe (subject to confirmation) that Mr. Lim Tian Swee remarried again in 1958. In the article it mentions Mr. Lim Tiam Swee as an employee of Cable and Wireless Ltd) and Mrs. Lim is the former Miss Siow Siew Choo (daughter of Madam Tan Kim Kee of Pulau Tekong).
Eastern Extension Telegraph Company
It is impossible to cover the entire history of British Telegraphic companies and its cabling expansions under founder and Chairman, St. John Pender and it's eventual evolution to Cable and Wireless. Many historians and history enthusiast have covered that. What i will do is to include some of this as references below. During the time when Lim Tian Swee was with the company, he was probably working at the office in Robinson Road. The Eastern Extension Telegraph Company building was later known as Cable and Wireless Building. In 1995, the building became the Telecommunications Authority of Singapore building, given conservation status in 2000
