Mrs. Ee Hong Ghee nee Madam Tay Cheng Siok Neo (mother of Mr. Ee Yong Lee) passed away at the age of 75 at 144, Tembeling Road, off Joo Chiat Place on 17 January 1935. Listed on her tomb are the name of her children;

The engagement is announced of Mr. E. Yong Lee (youngest grandson of the late Mayor of Bandjermasin ) to Mr. Ang Tiang Leong's youngest daughter. The marriage will take place on 30 November 1922. From a bankruptcy notice in 1931, it was mentioned that Ee Yong Lee was a clerk.

E. Yong Thye passed away at No. 9 Lorong 16, Geylang Road on 23 July 1922. He is the son of the late Mr. E. Hong Ghee and brother of of Messrs. E. Yong Cheang and E. Yong Lee. Ee Yong Thye is buried in Bukit Brown (affected by the highway).

Ee Yong Lee of 144 Tembeling Road applied for naturalisation on September 1952. Mr. Ee Yong Lee passed away at the age of 68 on 22nd September 1957 at his residence, 144 Tembeling Road. He leaves behind his widow, Ang Chew Eng, his only son, Ee Gek Hock, his daughter-in-law, his only daughter, his son-in-law, Goh Choon Tian and 7 grandchildren. Cortege leaves for Japanese Crematorium, Yio Chu Kang.
Madam Ang Chew Eng passed away on 10 April 1979 leaving behind her;

The third annual general meeting (1937) of the Jubilee Minstrel Party was held at the residence of Mr. Ee Yong Lee. The Patron was Mr. Aw Boon Par, Hon. President, Mr. Ngeow Nian Chin, President, Mr. Leong Fook Sang, Vice-presidents; Mr. Teo Beng Kim, Mr. Chan Kim Choon, Mr. Ee Yong Lee, Mr. Tan Eng Seng, Mr. Khoo Koon Liat, Mr. Goh Eng Buan.
