Chan Koon Leong (曾坤龍) passed away at the age of 61 at his home, No 12 Lorong 22 Geylang on 14 January 1948. He is survived by his wife, 2 brothers (Chan Koon Bee, Chan Koon Teck), 5 sons (Chan Kwang Cheng, Chan Chieu Kim, Chan Chieu Yeam, Chan Chieu Hwa and Chan Chieu Kiat), 1 daughter, 1 son-in-law, 3 daughters-in-law and several grandchildren.

Mother: Madam Chia Gin Tee nee Mrs Chan Cheng Wah
Madam Chia Gin Tee passed away at the age of 80 at her residence, No 12, Lorong 22, Geylang Road on 7 February 1937. She leaves behind 3 sons, ( Chan Koon Leong, Chan Koon Bee and Chan Koon Teck) , 3 daughters-in-law, 2 sons-in-law (Mr. Cheang Jim Chuan and Mr. Tan Soo Jin) and many grandchildren and great grandchildren. She is buried in Bukit Brown (nearby the tomb of Cheang Jim Chuan)
Mother-in-law: Madam Lim Im Neo nee Mrs. Tan Kian Teong
Mrs. Tan Kian Teong (nee Madam Lim Im Neo) passed away at her residence, No 31 Neil Road on 28th July 1935. She leaves behind a son, Mr. Tan Choon Guan, 4 daughters, a daughter-in-law, 4 sons-in law ( Chan Koon Leong, Chia Chye Lim, Teo Leng Teong and Yeo Chong Toh and 20 grandchildren. She is buried in Bukit Brown.

Chan Chieu Kim graduated from Raffles College in 1937 with a diploma in arts. In 1938 he completed his post graduate course in education. He joined the Education department as a teacher and taught in Gan Eng Seng School and in Serangoon English School. He eventually became the Acting Principal in Raffles Institution before he was selected to be the new Civil Defence Commissioner. In 1964 he was the Acting Principal Staff Officer for Director of Education.

Wee Tiang Hoe, Henry (second son of the late Wee Teow Cheng (Kapitan Rhio) ) was engaged to Miss Chan Seong Neo, May (the only daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Chan Koon Leong) in June 1940

Malcom Road /Whitley Road Cemetery is know "colloquially" as Kopi Sua, is a large cemetery system with parts of it cut of due to the construction of the Pan Island Expressway.
