Madam Chua Yan Neo passed away at the age of 40 on 2 November 1923. She is the wife of Low Kim Loh. On the marble slab below the altar table, the epitaph reads;
There is a link death cannot sever
Love and Remembrance Last Forever
From the newspaper article (Straits Budget - 9 November 1923) , Madam Chua Yan Neo passed away at the age of 44 at her residence, No. 57 Duxton Road. She is the wife of Mr. Low Kim Loh.
Daughter: Low Kee Neo
The engagement is announced between Mr. Khoo Koon Cheong (second son of the late Mr. Khoo Thiam Hock, grandson of Mr. Khoo Swee Yeow) to Miss Low Kee Neo (second daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Low Kim Loh). The marriage will take place on 31 October 1937.
