Mrs. Lee Pek Gum nee Tan Gaik Neo passed away at the age of 73 on 11 December 1935

From the obituary notice dated 13 December 1935 of the Malaya Tribune, Mrs. Lee Peck Gum nee Madam Tan Gaik Neo passed away at the age of 74 at 335 Pasir Panjang Hill. In addition to the names mentioned above, she also leaves behind 20 grandchildren, 3 grandsons-in-law and 11 great grandchildren.

Lee Peck Gum was  a manager of the Ho Ho Biscuit Factory. Mr. Lee Pek Gum of No. 30-B Killiney Road passed away on 9 September 1911. The deceased leaves a widow, 2 daughters and 4 sons, the eldest of whom is Mr. Lee Kim Swee. The sole executor of his estate was Tan Gek Neo. In trying to find out more details about Lee Pek Gum, there was a notice put up on 9 May 1904 by G. Boen Tjhan that during his absence from this port (Singapore), Mr. Lee Pek Gum holds his power of attorney. 
From Singapore Tombstones Epigraphic Materials blog, i got insight that Lee Peck Gum is the son of Lee Cheng Tee and Tan Hay Neo (daughter of Tan Tock Seng).  

Son: Tan Eng Chiang alias Tan Bah Chee 
The address of 335 Pasir Panjang Hill is the address listed in the obituary notice for Mrs. Lee Pek Gum and also the address of Mr. Tan Eng Chiang, an Assistant Store Keeper. 

Daughter: Lee Kim Lian / Rose Lee Kim Lian
Mr. Tan Soo Jin (eldest son of the late Mr. and Mrs. Tan Jiak Chuan) married Miss Lee Kim Lian (youngest daughter of the late Mr. Lee Peck Gum and Mrs. Lee Peck Gum).
