The only clue about Madam Lim Kit Neo is a 10 April 1968 article put up by Lui Boon Poh & Co., (Advocates & Solicitors). The estates mentioned include Lim Kit Neo (widow) late of No. 36 Duxton Hill who died intestate in Singapore on 29 December 1945. (The date of death and name matches). 

Two other names appear in the same article but i am not sure if they are related to Madam Lim Kit Neo. They are of Mr. Wee Wi Lee and Kow Guek Neo of No. 50 Blandford Drive.
