Mrs. Sng Kwee Teck nee Madam Seah Lay passed away at the age of 52 at her residence, No. 201, Teluk Kurau Road on 29 September 1935, leaving behind her husband, 2 sons, Sng Chwee Seng, Sng Teck Soon, 3 daughters, 3 daughters-in-law and 10 grandchildren. (Penang and F.M.S papers please copy).
From her tomb the name of their children;
Sons: Sng Chwee Seng, Sng Chwee Yong, Sng Teck Soon
Daughters: Sng Ah Mui, Sng Ah Kiah, Sng Ah Hoo
Grandsons: Sng Bah Bah, Sng Ah Pee, Sng Ah John , Sng Ah ?
Granddaughters: Sng Mary, Ang Annie, Sng Jannie
Sng Chwee Seng and family thank all relations, friends, members of the Chinese Friendly Association and members of the Juvenile Football Club for the funeral of the late Mrs. Sng Kwee Teck nee Seah Lay.
Father-in-law: Sng Wah Guat
Sng Wah Guat passed away at the age of 77 at his residence No. 23 Lorong 41Geylang on 20 March 1932. Leaving behind yo mourn his loss
4 sons: Sng Kwee Teck, Sng Kwee Seng, Sng Kwee Sum and Sng Kwee Choon (of Lewis and Peat (S), Ltd.)
5 daughters-in-law, 1 son-in-law, Mr. Lim Eng Sun
23 grandchildren, (among the elder grandson are Sng Teck Soon (of E. Ext. Telegraph), Sng Chwee Seng (I.C.H.V. "Rotterdam" ) and Sng Chwee Yong, 3 granddaughters-in-law and 7 great grandchildren. Sng Wah Guat is buried in Bukit Brown.
